The program is quick to learn and very straight forward. Toon Boom allows you to quickly create complex 3dimensional camera moves and animation effects. Where the product really excells is in the scene building area. Toon Boom works on the exposure sheet metaphor and allows you a great freedom to draw or import from Illustrator or Flash projects. Toon Boom is a great product for animators wanting to make flash cartoons and animations but not have to learn Flash.
